Great pho - tried the seafood egg rolls and they were great! All things great here!

The chef trained in Vietnam and it shows in the food. Authentic and delicious pho— I had the classic #1 with rare beef, tripe and tendon. It was served with a generous amount of Thai basil, a lime wedge, and bean sprouts. The broth was flavorful and hit all the spice notes you would expect in classic pho. Cute space and nice service. I’ll be back!

The restaurant was cute and clean. The staff was very friendly. The food was sooo good! I absolutely love Pho and they do a great job.

My boyfriend preferred Jade Dragon and I preferred Pho Delicious. His taste is more sweet whereas I prefer a more savory broth. I stopped at Pho Titi before they opened by accident and told him we needed to go. They did not disappoint at all! We found a place we love more than our usual places I feel like a traitor but their meat portions are filling and the broth is a delightful harmony of sweet, salty and spicy (I loved their chili oil). I'm so happy to have this place in Fargo. Very authentic like how I had in California and Arizona. And those states have so many pho restaurants. 5/5 Stars. Totally bringing everyone I know here. Pho Titi you've gained a loyal customer and that's a fact! Thank you for the delicious meal
